Volvo Cars Waterloo Named Canada’s Best Dealership to Work For for third time

It’s official—Volvo Cars Waterloo has been named Canada’s Best Dealership to Work for in 2024 by Automotive News Canada. We couldn’t be more proud of this honour, and we owe it all to our incredible team. This recognition isn’t just about selling cars; it’s about creating a workplace where people are valued, supported and empowered. It’s also about having an opportunity to give back to the local community that we appreciate so much.

At Volvo Cars Waterloo, we know that when our team is happy, our customers can feel it. That’s why we focus on creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Whether it’s offering personal growth opportunities through Policaro University, our digital learning platform, or running monthly employment engagement surveys, we’re always working to ensure that everyone’s voice is heard. Our commitment to our employees is at the core of everything we do.

This is the third time Volvo Cars Waterloo has been recognized as one of Automotive News Canada’s Best Dealerships to Work For. Eligible organizations must first meet certain criteria to be considered. Then, employees are asked to complete an in-depth survey that covers workplace satisfaction and environment, as well as overall company culture. This first-hand data is used to determine who is among the Best in the nation.

But it’s not just about what happens within our dealership walls. We’re deeply committed to making a difference in the Kitchener-Waterloo community. Over the years, we’ve been proud to support local initiatives that matter to us and our employees. Our involvement with the Waterloo Food Bank helps provide essential support to families in need, and every holiday season, we contribute to the Grand River Hospital Christmas Toy Drive, spreading joy to children spending time in the hospital.

Volvo Cars Waterloo is also passionate about supporting the Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society, where we help animals find their forever homes and we’re proud to be a part of the dog-friendly movement in Kitchener-Waterloo, alongside our employees.
