Pupilates / Pups & Poses
Pupilates and Pups & Poses are separate community events that combine fitness with cuteness for a one-of-a-kind experience in Willow River Park (off Roland St.). These weekly series, which take place every Tuesday in August) invite participants of all ages and fitness levels to try pilates and yoga while their K-9s tag along. Not only do these community events offer a refreshing way to stay active and de-stress, but also supports local animal shelters by promoting adoption and raising funds. All dogs must be on 6-foot leashes and under control of their owner, of course. Don’t forget to bring your own mat!
Barks & Brews
This bi-weekly patio meet-up at TWB Brewing on Mill St. is the perfect way to unwind with your dog. Running every other Thursday from 5pm – 7pm until August 29th, 2024, pups and their owners can pop by for a refreshing pint and connect with fellow dog owners in the community. Remember to follow the event guidelines for a safe and enjoyable experience, which includes keeping your dog on a 6-foot leash at all times, giving space to others around you and asking for permission before introducing your dog to others. It’s the perfect way to unwind on a summer evening.
