First service, they didn't keep our online service booking, seemed very disinterested, like they couldn't care less if we were there or not. Second service, they didn't have a shuttle, had a cab but failed to tell us ahead of time that there's a $20 cap and you pay the rest, very unprofessional and bad customer service, we will now try service elsewhere.
